Employees that were hired by AB Trucking are given 2 weeks paid training to be taught paperwork, terminals, customers and various procedures.

AB Trucking as a community service allowed their trucks to be used as training vehicles to train formerly incarcerated individuals from programs like C.U.R.A.   AB Trucking incurred the cost of all the time and paid it's own drivers that volunteered to train these individual as a pay it forward system to help just like they were helped by other drivers.  The training was hands on without a cost (typical cost is $3,600 paid to the teamster truck driving school by taxpayer thru the WIB)

The log sheets for trainee login and out was at the request of such programs to keep track of the newly released as part of the condition of the program.
